Active Ingredients: Terbinafine 250mg/pom of Lamisil Terbinafine is an anti-impotence medication primarily used to treat fungal infections of the skin and nails. It works by affecting the body's ability to absorb and deliver nitric oxide, a molecule that relaxes blood vessels and smooth muscle tissue. This helps to increase blood flow to the areas where infection occurs, which can help prevent future infections. Lamisil Terbinafine works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which leads to relaxation of blood vessels and dilation of blood levels in the affected area. This helps to reduce itching, redness, and swelling. Important information about Lamisil Terbinafine

A common side effect of many antifungal medications is dry skin. However, there is a growing number of topical antifungal creams and solutions that can help dry out your skin faster. One topical solution known as Lamisil Cream is known as an antifungal cream. Lamisil Cream is the active ingredient in many topical and systemic treatments for athlete’s foot and jock itch, ringworm and fungal skin infections.

Lamisil Cream, marketed under the brand name Lamisil Cream from the trademarked name of Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, works by inhibiting the fungal cell membranes that are essential to the growth and spread of athlete’s foot and jock itch.

Lamisil Cream is applied directly to the skin’s surface and penetrates the skin to a depth of 2 to 4 mm at a time. Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% cream is applied once daily for up to 14 days. Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% cream is applied five times daily for up to 14 days.

Lamisil Cream works by killing the fungal cells that line the skin and, in turn, preventing their growth and spread. Lamisil Cream is available in 2 formulations: topical gel and cream.

The topical gel is applied to the skin and the cream is applied topically.

The cream is typically applied for the first few days of the treatment course and it should be applied to the first 3 weeks of the treatment course. It is important to follow the treatment plan as directed and to only use the cream as directed.

If Lamisil Cream is not working, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance.

Lamisil Cream is not indicated for use in the pediatric population and pediatric patients with an allergy to tinea pedis, a fungal infection of the skin caused by the fungus Tinea cruris, as the cream may not work for the full course of treatment. Lamisil Cream should be used for the treatment of adult athlete’s foot and jock itch as well as ringworm and fungal infections of the skin caused by the fungus Trichophyton (eg, T. mentagrophytes).

Lamisil Cream should be used with caution in pregnant women and children.
